John Nipah and Associates was originally registered as a Sole Proprietorship under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (No.151) on 20th October 2004 with registration number BN-66,352C.

On 14th October 2015, John Nipah and Associates was re-registered as a Partnership firm to take over the business of the Sole Proprietorship under the Incorporated Private Partnership Act, 1962 (Act 152) with registration number PN009022015 and Tax Identification Number C0005621836. The purpose of the firm is to excel in the design and delivery of accounting, auditing, tax services, training, management consulting and internal control solutions. John Nipah and Associates is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) to practice as a firm of Chartered Accountants in Ghana. The individual partners have personal practicing certificates and are registered to sign audit reports for all types of companies in Ghana in accordance with the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana Act, 2020 (Act 1058) respectively.

Our professionals have identified certain needs in the Small and Medium Enterprises as well as Public Organizations. These include the need for robust management and financial reporting systems, internal controls, development of financial strategy to support the overall business objectives to generate significant growth and superior stakeholders’ value.
